To become a CAL partner, simply fill out the online partnership form.

The form includes three sections to complete:

  1. Organization: your organization’s contact information and a representative photo.
  2. Activities: details of the activities offered and relevant photos.
  3. Memorandum of Understanding: you must read and agree to the terms by checking the box in the “ Signature ” section.

Important:

  • If your organization’s name is the same as the activity name, please enter it in both fields. Then, select the categories that match your activities — this step is essential for the search engine used by CAL cardholders to function properly. 
  • If your organization has multiple branches or venues located in different cities or regions, a separate application must be submitted for each location.
