4 steps:

  1. Complete the application form that corresponds to your situation:
  2. Attach your proof of eligibility.
  3. Include your photo in .jpeg format.
  4. Send your application by email to: [email protected].

Please allow 10 to 15 business days for your application to be approved and for your CAL to be sent to you in digital format by email.
