Memorandum of Understanding

Commitment

To join the Companion Leisure Card (CAL) program and offer free access to the accompanying party of a person with a disability or permanent mental health problem, the manager of a tourist, cultural or recreational business or organization must complete and submit the membership form, as well as accept the Memorandum of Understanding.

As a partner organization, you agree to:

Provide free admission to the companion of a person with a disability who holds the Companion Leisure Card (CAL). *

Promote your participation in the CAL program to your clients using the various promotional tools provided by the AQLPH (sticker, brochure, etc.). *

Inform your staff that your organization is part of the CAL program. *

Contact the AQLPH if there are any issues related to the program’s implementation or to report any changes to your services related to the CAL. *
