The Emerald River Park is a natural site located along the Portage River, there is a waterfall that flows into a magnificent natural pool with emerald green water.



Access: From Route 132 East in Coin-du-Banc, take Chemin de la Carrière (*) you must drive for about 4 km to reach the toll booth and the parking lot. From the parking lot you have to walk 700m on a trail (*) rather uneven to access the staircase (with 130 steps) leading to the site of the waterfall.



(*) The Chemin de la Carrière is partially paved and is used by trucks making round trips to the rock quarry, caution is required!



(*) Sections of trail have been modified, the ground can be muddy and slippery, wear appropriate footwear. Sandals flip flop, crocs… are not recommended.



This site is open year-round from 9 am to 5 pm. The site may be temporarily closed for work, in which case a message to this effect will be posted on our website.



No reservation possible.



Access fees in effect from June 21 to October 2, 2021



13 and over: $7.00 (+ taxes)



12 and under: free



Access fees payable at the reception booth on site only (Debit & credit card, cash accepted).



Dry toilets near the site, picnic table in the parking lot.
