The Stand Up Paddle Board ( SUP) is a mixed between the kayak and the surfing. Up on a very big surfboard you move forward to the assistance of a paddle.
Kayak
The kayak of running water is within the reach of all and lives the best way of discovering rivers. Thanks to our program divided into 5 blocks, it is possible to you to teach your rhythm and according to your availability.
Sup Yoga
Here is an interesting and original way of practising the yoga and of shaping. We offer two unique programs is the yoga or the fitness on a board of Stand Up Paddleboard ( SUP). The simple fact of standing and of paddling on a board of SUP takes advantage of the stabilizing muscles and of the abdominal belt. Our courts were developed according to the principle of the proprioception which consists in maximizing your session of SUP yoga with postures and games of balance on the water.
Sup Fitness
Our cours were developed according to the principle of the proprioception and the programs of Cross-Fit where you will chain the postures and exercises on your board of SUP.
