Permanent and temporary exhibitions
The Plains of Abraham Museum highlights the rich heritage of the Battlefields Park, which includes the Plains of Abraham. The permanent exhibition Battles 1759-1760 immerses visitors in the history of the siege of Quebec, the Battle of the Plains of Abraham (1759) and the Battle of Sainte-Foy (1760). The exhibition presents, among other things, collections of uniforms, interactive games and large format maps as well as an immersive projection with period testimonies. The Order and Law section also lifts the veil on the little-known impacts surrounding the conflict: straitjacket, dungeon, military discipline. An accompaniment service for visiting assistance is offered free of charge to disabled people. Advance reservations are required by calling 418 649-6157.
