How long does it take to receive my CAL?

You will receive your Companion leisure card (CAL) within approximately 6 weeks. This timeframe includes the review of your application and the mailing of your card.

This delay may vary depending on the completeness of your file. After submitting your application, please check your email regularly (including your spam folder). If your file is incomplete or if additional information is needed, we will contact you by email. If no email was provided, we will contact you by phone.

If you have not received your CAL after six weeks, your application may be incomplete or may not have been received. In that case, feel free to contact us.

In what situations can my application be refused?

If you meet all CAL eligibility criteria, your application will be accepted.

However, a refusal may occur in the following cases:

  • Incomplete application: We will attempt to contact you by email to complete your file. If no email is available, we will call you, which may extend processing times. After 6 months, if the application is still incomplete, it will be refused.
  • Duplicate application: If multiple applications are submitted for the same person, only one will be processed. The others will be deleted.
  • Child under 5 years old: Applications for children under 5 are automatically refused.

To avoid delays, if you provided a valid email address, please monitor your inbox and spam folder regularly.

How do I update an incomplete application?

If your application is incomplete and you provided an email address, you will receive an email with a link to access your file. You can use this link to add missing information or documents.

If you have trouble uploading documents (e.g., multiple pages), you may send them by email or mail. This helps avoid duplicate applications and speeds up processing.

If no email was provided, a team member will contact you by phone to explain the procedure.

Important: Do not submit a new online application. Use only the link provided to update your file.
