About the CAL

The Association québécoise pour le loisir des personnes handicapées (AQLPH) has been mandated to issue the CAL.

The AQLPH receives financial support from the Government of Quebec through the Ministry of Education.

An interministerial committee was established to support the AQLPH in its mission to implement, operationalize, and improve the use of the CAL.

This interministerial committee is composed of representatives from:

• The Office des personnes handicapées du Québec (OPHQ)
• The Quebec Ministry of Education
• The Ministry of Health and Social Services
• The Ministry of Tourism
• The Ministry of Culture and Communications
