The Association québécoise pour le loisir des personnes handicapées (AQLPH) provides a secure procedure for submitting a complaint.
How to file a complaint

Fill out the online complaint form
Upon receipt of your complaint, a confirmation email will be sent to the address provided in your form.
By mail
Download, print, and complete the paper form, then send it to the following address:

Review and Follow-Up
Your complaint will be reviewed with diligence and confidentiality. AQLPH reserves the right to contact you by email or phone to request additional information if needed. Follow-up will be provided within a maximum of 31 calendar days from the date your complaint is received.
