Renew my CAL
Your Companion leisure Card (CAL) is valid for a period of 5 years. An expiration date is printed on your CAL. Renewal is not automatic. To continue enjoying your benefits, it is important to renew your CAL before it expires.
We recommend renewing at least 2 months before the expiration date to ensure timely delivery of your new CAL.
To renew your CAL, you can submit your request in one of the following ways:
Online
- Click on the link received in the automatic email sent 4 months before your card’s expiration date.
This link gives you direct access to your personalized form. - Verify your personal information (mailing address, phone number, etc.) and make any necessary corrections.
- Attach a new proof of eligibility
OR complete and attach sections D and E if you do not have a recognized proof from our list - Upload a new photo that meets the required criteria. See the criteria.
Important : Be sure to check your inbox and spam folder. If you have difficulty scanning or uploading your documents, you may simply take clear photos of them with your cellphone and attach them to the email.
By Email
Please attach:
- The CAL application form
- A proof of eligibility
OR complete and attach sections D and E if you do not have a recognized proof from our list - A photo that meets the required criteria. See the criteria
- Send your complete application to [email protected]
