The Canadian Malartic [MAJ] mining company opens its doors to tourists in collaboration with the Mineralogical Museum of Malartic. Everyone will have the chance to discover this open-pit gold mine, nothing less than the largest of its type in Canada. Two guides will accompany visitors to all facets of mine operations. To give you a brief overview, the visit begins with a presentation of the entire Canadian Malartic project and the geology of the region at the Mineral Museum. Then, we leave for the mine by bus.
